Paul is currently developing two feature film projects SYNCHRONICITY (Parallel Films, Dublin) and MS. MANSFIELD AND ME, both supported by the Irish Film Board.

 

Work in 2010 includes PREJUDICE Paul's first short film as writer/director (Darklight Film Festival). 

 

2010 also saw Paul returning to radio with an original play 2.36PM for RTE1's Sunday Playhouse slot.  Starring Liam Carney and Hilda Fay, this is an uplifting tale of love, cancer, and Thierry Henri and was scheduled to coincide with the World Cup (tx June 2010). 

 

Paul's controversial award-winning two-parter on the STARDUST disco fire won Best Drama at the Irish Film & Television Awards 2007 (Merlin Films for RTE, produced by Norman Siderow, directed by CierĂ¡n Donnelly).

 

As well as developing other original work - most recently television drama DO NO HARM for ITV Productions - Paul has been a long-time contributor to long-running series including Parallel Films' THE CLINIC (RTE) and RTE's soap FAIR CITY. Current projects include De Facto Films' drama series THE GIFT.

 

Recent projects for the stage include a site-specific play ESPIONAGE in association with Semper Fi, which was originally developed with Por Piedad Productions, Mexico and with the support of the Anglo-Mexican Foundation.
